In late January, Thomas Harris, and I were presented with a new and exciting opportunity! It was weeks before the MSJ Open House, and we were invited to produce an ad with Catamount Radio Studios in Rutland. Upon arrival, we were nervous yet eager to begin the process. After writing our format, we began recording. We laughed off our occasional mistakes, and after two trials, with a great deal of help from our editor, the final draft was completed. We said our goodbyes and I was left with a new interest in radio production and the communication field. About a week later, the ad aired on the radio, and we were both very proud of the finished product. This experience is one of the numerous reasons to love MSJ, because of the countless new and exciting opportunities they present to us students!
