APPLYING & REGISTERING AT MSJ

Thank you for your interest in Mount St. Joseph Academy. Completing the following steps will ensure that you have met all of the requirements for admission to MSJ.

Application Process

  1. Application: If you are applying to MSJ for the first time, the application is the first step in the admissions process. A non-refundable fee of $25 must be submitted with each application.
     

  2. Application confirmation: MSJ will contact you to confirm that your application has been received. At this time, you will be notified of any additional materials required.
     

  3. Decision: We will contact you to notify you of our decision regarding your acceptance to Mount St. Joseph Academy.
     

  4. Tuition Assistance Application: Once you have been accepted, you will may be eligible to apply for tuition assistance from MSJ. If you are interested in applying for tuition assistance, you can do so via the FACTS online portal. Please note, there is a $35 fee for FACTS applications.
     

  5. Tuition Assistance Award Letter: We will contact you with the results of your tuition assistance application for the semester/year and a remaining balance.
     

  6. New Student Registration: Once accepted, you will be instructed how to proceed to Online Enrollment. There is a registration fee of $125. Registration will not exceed $250 per family. You can pay your registration fee by sending a check made out to Mount St. Joseph Academy with your student’s name in note on the check. If you pay with cash, we ask that you come to the Main Office at MSJ to make the payment. The registration fee is separate from tuition, non-refundable, and must be paid at the time of registration in order for your registration to be accepted. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. There is a $2.00 processing fee for payments made via credit card.
     

  7. For Returning Students: Beginning February 1st, 2019 MSJ will automatically consider your student(s) re-enrolled at the Early Bird registration fee of $99.00 per student, not to exceed $198.00 per family, which will be invoiced to your FACTS account.  At that time, you will be emailed instructions to log in to your account to review and submit your enrollment packet.
