Dear Friend of Rutland Catholic Schools,

We’re writing in hopes that you will consider donating an item to the Annual Rutland Catholic Schools Silent Auction which benefits both Mount Saint Joseph Academy and Christ The King School.  The Auction will be held at the Holiday Inn on Friday, January 25, 2013. Your donation helps both MSJ and CKS continue its mission of educating the whole student: the mind, body and spirit. Our Catholic Schools have been a vital part of the greater Rutland Community for over 125 years and, with your help, will continue to do so for future generations to come. Our success is a result of the dedicated staff, faithful volunteers and remarkable supporters from our community.

Thank you for your past generous support, if you are willing to make a donation for this year’s event, please return the completed enclosed Auction Donor Form. We are most grateful to all members of the business community who help support our students. The proceeds of the evening go directly into our operating budget which helps sustain all of the students’ activities as well as keep tuition as affordable as possible.

We invite you to consider joining us for the Dance and Silent Auction on the evening of Friday, January 25, 2013. The Holiday Inn has graciously worked with us so that we may offer this event at their wonderful facility. A cash bar will be available as well as a few choice items that will be “Live Auctioned”. The doors open at 7:00 p.m.; tickets can be obtained from either school office, any RCS family as well as at the door.  Hope to see you there!

If you have any questions or need more information, please call one of the numbers below.
